Delta/American Express Experience
Creative direction for an immersive airport experience designed to boost Delta x AMEX co-branded card acquisitions. The challenge: reimagine the kiosk model to be more compliant, consistent, and organically engaging. We transformed high traffic airport zones into brand storytelling touch points. Highlighting card benefits in a way that felt human, premium, and intuitive. The result, a cohesive brand experience that elevated awareness and sparked meaningful interest without the hard sell.










Digital Experience Rebrand
The rebrand of Epsilon’s Digital Experience team. Defining voice, vision, and visual identity. Developed a full redesign of the team’s website and art directed custom photography to showcase an elevated agency look. The result: a bold, cohesive brand presence that captured our story and positioned us as leaders in world class digital design.
